Parties
Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti.
Site: Refers to the Website with the domain name www.selinatasoyjsp.shop and its subdomains.
Buyer: Refers to the user who purchases goods and/or services offered for sale by the Seller through the services on the Website.
Content: All visual, audio, written information shared on the Site, including logos, signatures, files, music, and other data available for use.
Service: Refers to the applications provided by Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. on the Website to enable Users to perform the tasks and transactions defined in the User Agreement.
User/Member: Refers to a natural or legal person who accesses and/or registers on the Website and benefits from the Services offered under the conditions specified in this User Agreement. Sellers and Buyers register as Users on the Website.
Product: Refers to any goods and/or services offered for sale by the Seller on the Website.

By accessing and/or registering on the Website, the User declares that they have read, fully understood, and accepted all terms of the User Agreement.

Subject and Scope of the Agreement
- 3.1 The subject of the User Agreement is to determine the conditions for using the Services offered on the Website and to establish the rights and obligations of the parties.
- 3.2 The scope of the User Agreement includes the User Agreement and its annexes, as well as all warnings, notices, and explanations made by Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. regarding the use, membership, and services on the Website.
- 3.3 By accepting the terms of the User Agreement, you also agree to comply with all statements made by Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. regarding the use, membership, and services on the Website.
- 4.1 Membership is completed by filling out the required information on the relevant section of the Website and being approved by Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. Until the registration process is completed, the person cannot gain the rights and authorities defined for a User in this User Agreement.
- 4.2 To register on the Website, one must be of legal age and not be temporarily or permanently banned from membership by Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti.. Any registration attempt made by persons who are underage or banned as per Article 5.2 of this User Agreement will not result in membership.
- 5.1 User's Rights and Obligations
- The rights and obligations of the User are revised similarly to the text above and arranged under the name of Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti.
Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to change the Services and contents provided on the Website and to restrict or remove access to the information and contents uploaded by Users and third parties.
Privacy Provisions
- Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. may use information related to Users in accordance with the Privacy Provisions set forth on this Website. Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. will not use the confidential information of Users contrary to the User Agreement and the Privacy Provisions.
- Users cannot resell, share, distribute, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti.'s services, works, information, and copyrighted works available on the Website.
- Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to change this User Agreement and its annexes at any time by announcing them on the Website.
- In all cases deemed force majeure by law, Kita Tanıtım Tasarım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. is not liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations specified in this Agreement.
- Turkish law shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this User Agreement and the legal relations arising under its provisions. For the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to this User Agreement, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
