I want to return the artwork I purchased. What should I do?
As our products are custom-made and considered works of art, returns and exchanges are not possible. However, in the case of a production defect or damage caused during shipping, an exchange can be arranged.

Important Information

  • The delivery of your purchased products is carried out by our contracted courier company, Yurtiçi Kargo. During delivery, please carefully inspect the artwork while the courier is present. If you notice any damage, please do not accept the delivery. Take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at info@selinatasoyjsp.com. In this situation, please ensure that the courier provides a damage report.
  • Once the artwork is accepted, it is considered that the courier company has fulfilled its responsibility completely.

What should I do if the artwork I received is damaged?

What should I do if the product delivered is not what I ordered?
In this case, please send an email to info@selinatasoyjsp.com with your order number and the details of the issue. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
